At VionexB, we value our customers and aim to provide a smooth, transparent, and hassle-free shopping experience. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the procedures, eligibility, and timelines for returning products and receiving refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if your product meets the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The product is unused, in original packaging, and includes all tags/accessories.

  • Return request is made within 7–14 days (depending on product category) from the date of delivery.

Note: Some products, such as perishable items, digital goods, or personal care items, may not be eligible for return. Check the product description for return details.

2. How to Request a Return

  1. Log in to your VionexB account.

  2. Go to “My Orders” and select the product you want to return.

  3. Click “Return / Exchange” and fill in the required details.

  4. Our team will review your request and share return instructions.

Important: Returns will only be accepted if the return request is approved by the seller or VionexB team.

3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for eligible products.

  • If a replacement is available, we will dispatch it after receiving and verifying the returned product.

  • In case of unavailability, a refund will be issued instead.

5. Shipping & Return Charges

  • If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the return shipping charges will be covered by the seller or VionexB.

  • For customer-initiated returns (change of mind), shipping charges may apply as per seller policies.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • To cancel, go to “My Orders”, select the order, and click “Cancel Order”.

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 3–5 business days.
